ZAYN Shipping Policy

We currently ship ZAYN products to selected destinations supported by our fulfillment partner.

United States

Standard shipping is generally delivered within 2–4 business days after shipment.

Express shipping is generally delivered within 1–3 business days where available.

Please note that order fulfillment takes additional time before the package is shipped. Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days.

International shipping

International delivery is generally 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International orders may take longer if they are delayed during customs clearance.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and applicable shipping method.

Customs, duties and import fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside of ZAYN's control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
